CAN I WEAR THE REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT INSIDE A SAUNA?

NO! The REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT should NOT be worn in extremely hot environments or inside any type of Sauna or other heat inducing device for any reason. The REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT is not recommended to be worn in a Sauna. WARNING! Wearing The REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT inside a Sauna could cause serious injury or death.

DO I RECEIVE A FREE REALSAUNA CRÈME FOR EACH SUIT I PURCHASE?

Yes. For every REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT purchased, you will receive a (1) FREE Realsauna Sauna Crème. This is valid only during promotions and other special offers while supplies last.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders are packed and shipped the same day of purchase or within 24 hours if ordered after midnight either Pacific or Eastern Time. All orders within the United States are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. Orders within the United States take 2-3 Business Days. Please allow additional time for all Global Express International orders and orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses.

IS THE REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT MADE OF PLASTIC?

NO. The patent-pending REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT is a high quality exercise suit designed with a fashionable heavy cotton/polyester outer shell, combined with a unique Specially Designed extra-soft durable Sweat Aid inner lining.

WHAT IS THE REALSAUNA WASHING INSTRUCTION?

The REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT is machine washable. Please use regular detergent, no bleach necessary or recommended. Please allow suit to spin in spin cycle for several minutes to obtain maximum water removal. Hang to dry. Do Not put REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT in Dryer. DO NOT IRON. Additional care instructions can be found on the label on the suit.

CAN THE REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT BE WORN IN A SAUNA?

No. It is not recommended. The REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT should not be worn in extremely hot temperatures.

CAN THE REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT BE USED FOR DRY SKIN CONDITIONING?

YES. The REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT, when used with the Realsauna Sauna Crème, can help moisturize the skin, thus causing a natural moisturizing effect.

CAN ANYONE USE REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT?

REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT should only be worn by adults ages 18 and older. This suit is not recommended for children, or pregnant women.

CAN THE REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT BE WORN BY MEN AND WOMEN?

YES! The REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT is designed as a unisex outfit. It can be worn by both men and women.

THE TRANSACTION DIDN’T GO THROUGH , BUT MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED.

Most likely, what you see as a charge on your credit card is only an Authorization - an incomplete transaction that will disappear shortly. You should see this incomplete transaction as "Authorization", "Pending Debit" or something similar - it depends on the bank that you use. Authorization is the first stage of every credit card transaction - making sure that you have enough funds available. After that the system proceeds with verifying your information. If the transaction doesn't go through for some reason, the authorization usually disappears in 24 hours to several days - again it depends on your bank. If you are certain that this is a completed transaction and you think you were not charged correctly, please call us and we will be able to help you.

No. The REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT is made for both men and women. The REALSAUNA™ SAUNA SUIT is designed as a Unisex suit that can be worn by both men and women.

DO I PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES IF MY ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED TO AN OVERSEAS ADDRESS?

Most International orders are subject to customs duties and or taxes which are imposed by the Country of destination. Please check with your Country. Note that these imposed customs, duties and/or brokerage fees are beyond the cost of the merchandise and shipping you’re already charged.

SHOULD I WEAR SOME CLOTHING UNDERNEATH WHILE WEARING REALSAUNA™ SUIT?

It is NOT necessary to wear extra clothing while wearing REALSAUNA™ SUIT. Wearing just your undergarment underneath REALSAUNA™ SUIT is sufficient. Most people prefer direct skin contact with the REALSAUNA™ SUIT inner lining because it is more effective.
