"Love this suit for cardio! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure you drink plenty of water and fluids after working out. You will see a huge difference in your body after about a month if you use it at least 3 times a week. "

"I was shocked at the quality and the results. Although the suit is heavy- after I work out and take the suit off, I feel relaxed and my skin is softer for some reason. With a good nutrition plan and working out 3 days a week for two months, I have lost 22 lbs of fat. It works!"

The sweat cream is very helpful & has made my overall workouts feel complete. My skin is softer, my butt less flabby & my baby pooch is gone. Right now they are giving the cream away for free! With purchase of the Sauna Suit of course, but the cream works, it makes you sweat more & makes your skin very soft. Hope it works for you too!"
